Tigs - Image 1 "Abdullah was sent to the issue with my boiler via my landlords insurance company. He was polite and courteous and respected my home. He explained the process and issues fully and although he wasn't able to fix the fault yet due to a hidden water leak, he explained it all to me and went out of his way to make sure that someone came out to the boiler today."

Reetesh - Image 1 "Brilliant service! The engineer Abdullah was sent via my insurance company, to inspect my boiler. Abdullah advised it was beyond repair due to the age of the boiler. The insurance company couldn’t provide a replacement for a few days, so Abdullah was able to provide some options with prices. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each and understood my requirement to have a long warranty. Once agreed he was able to send his team to begin installation that same day and was it fully complete the next day by lunch. This was so helpful as I didn’t want to be without hot water and heating having a young family. Abdullah and his team were polite, considerate and left my property tidy. He also spotted a separate tundish leak, which I am in the process of finding the best resolution. and Highly recommend!"

"The team were due on Monday but were able to come out to me on the Sunday which was a blessing. Abdullah was polite, friendly and reassuring. He addressed my problem professionally and was happy to offer me tips and provide a little training with my filling key which was the issue. Highly recommend."
