I had my patio repointed, and the result is beyond five stars. He took the time to get the right matching colour for the pointing, explained what product he was using, and worked carefully and properly throughout. The patio looks completely transformed already. The joints are neat, clean, and finished to a high standard, and the whole area now looks so much fresher and more cared for. What stood out to me most was the honesty and work ethic. The job was not rushed and there were no corners cut. He worked outside in cold weather and still kept everything tidy and professional. It is rare to find someone who gives you confidence straight away, but that is exactly how I felt. I am very happy with the result and would absolutely use this company again.
