Ruks - Image 1 3 images Ruks - Image 2 Ruks - Image 3 "Very disappointing experience with Block Paving Specialist. I paid £8,100 for my garden transformation. The agreed work included 2 new gates but was left with gates made from fencing materials. I asked for replacement gates or refund, both refused! I paid to have the fencing painted, but I was extremely unhappy with the quality of the finish. I raised numerous concerns about the standard and finish of the work giving them opportunities to address them, but these concerns were not resolved. I was left to clean up mess and debris. Because of my concerns, I am obtaining an independent professional opinion on the work completed. The photos show the condition and finish for prospective customers to see and make their own judgement. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company."
Trader reply: "Very unhappy with your review as work is carried out to a high standard and all our customers are very happy. We offered the refund for the gates which is what this is all about even though you were both happy at first and you did not accept. Thank you"

"We recently had our driveway and back garden done, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, the team took the time to listen to what we wanted and gave us so many helpful ideas and options. They guided us through everything from start to finish, and the communication throughout was truly incredible. What really stood out to us was how kind, polite, and supportive everyone was. The whole team worked so well together and were always willing to help, no matter how big or small the question or request was. You could genuinely see that they cared about doing a great job and making sure we were happy. We are so grateful for all the hard work, care, and effort that went into transforming our driveway and garden. It has made such a difference to our home, and we absolutely love it. A huge thank you to the entire team — not just for the beautiful work, but for making the whole process such a lovely and stress-free experience. We truly appreciate everything you have done for us."
Trader reply: "Thank you for a lovely review and we are over the moon with the work carried out. Another Happy customer"

Maria - Image 1 "I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. From the first contact, everything was polite, honest, professional, and clearly explained. I had my patio repointed, and the result is beyond five stars. He took the time to get the right matching colour for the pointing, explained what product he was using, and worked carefully and properly throughout. The patio looks completely transformed already. The joints are neat, clean, and finished to a high standard, and the whole area now looks so much fresher and more cared for. What stood out to me most was the honesty and work ethic. The job was not rushed and there were no corners cut. He worked outside in cold weather and still kept everything tidy and professional. It is rare to find someone who gives you confidence straight away, but that is exactly how I felt. I am very happy with the result and would absolutely use this company again. If you are looking for someone reliable, skilled, honest, and hardworking, I highly recommend them. A true professional and genuinely excellent service."
