Sam Page - Image 1 "Ben was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He conducted an initial inspection on the failing areas of our roof and clearly talked us through all our options with complete honesty and zero pressure. We decided to replace the rear section of the roof. Ben's team stripped it right back, installed new felt and battens, and carefully reused our existing slates - replacing damaged ones only where necessary - to preserve their remaining lifespan (which has another 80 years in them!). The work was carried out efficiently and strictly on time, with brilliant communication throughout so we always knew what was happening. They left the site completely tidy afterward. Ben even spotted and flagged a separate plumbing issue to me while on site, which was a massive help and has since been sorted. I couldn't be happier with the service and would happily recommend Ben to anyone needing high-quality roofing work."
