    "When going through the selection process to replace my double glazing (fourteen windows and a door) we deliberated on a decision to give the work to Birch who are a relatively small company or give the work to one of the bigger local ayr companies. My wife and I are so glad that we selected Kris to do the work. The delivery was very quick, the quality of workmanship first class and everything was done promptly and as estimated. Kris and his right hand man Norrie were knowledgable, polite, unassuming, clean, tidy and totally professional in everything they did.
