"I had a new carpet fitted by a high street big brand company, turns out not very well. Got in touch with Dave at BGM and he was able to come out and stretch and refit the carpet it's now like new and the way it should of been fitted."

Fatima - Image 1 "I’m really impressed with the service. I accidentally burnt my carpet with an iron last night and was really worried about it. Got Dave number online Dave came in today, Sunday, and Dave was very calm and reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. He did an excellent job repairing the carpet, and you can hardly tell there was any damage. The workmanship was very good, and I’m really happy with the result. Thank you, Dave, for the great service and for doing such a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him!"
