Michelle - Image 1 "Curtis was exceptional from start to finish. I'd had a major leak in my bathroom and after more than two years of contacting plumbers who constantly let me down, Curtis was understanding and sympathetic. He made time to visit me and check out the job, acknowledged the difficulty of it but assured me he would help me out. Things were urgent as my daughter & family of 8 were moving in with me following their return from living in Mexico. This was no problem for Curtis, my leak and cosmetic repairs were quickly resolved in time for the arrival of my daughter's family. Curtis then went on to renovate my downstairs toilet, brilliant result, please see photo. Call out to all the members of his team, all of them were pleasant, professional and went out their way to accommodate. Biggest thank you to the tiler who took on herringbone design. He made a cracking job as you can see in the photos. I just need to do their work justice with my decorating. Thanks Curtis"

"When our boiler suddenly stopped working, Bethell Plumbing & Heating Ltd responded quickly. The engineer diagnosed the fault and repaired it the same day. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable."
