"Absolutely excellent experience with Beswick Builders. This was the fourth time they have completed work for us and it was the biggest project yet. Extremely thorough communication during a large loft conversion/entire downstairs and bathroom refurbishment. Our loft conversion was completed first to a very high standard and ahead of schedule. The whole team are exceptionally hard working and, despite our property needing extensive and complex work throughout, it has all been completed to a very high standard with so much expert advice along the way. This was very reassuring and we now have an utterly transformed property."

"Beswick Building & Renovations Ltd are a great company to work with and we have nothing but praise for their efficiency, the skill of their specialist tradesmen and their thoroughness in the work they did for us. They worked solidly every day for the 3 months that the job took and dealing with Matt and Steve was very easy and professional. Matt produces very detailed estimates of the work and adds any "extras" that customers inevitably want. (We were no exception!) These were good value for money and added in to the schedule seamlessly. As with any project of this nature it is important to keep checking the work against the estimate, and plan, and make sure you are happy with it. They appreciated us flagging up possible discrepancies early so that we could discuss them and reach a solution. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Beswicks for your building projects. The highlight was the high standard of finish from their excellent craftsmen."

"The Beswick team were incredible in building our extension, reconfiguring our first floor and renovating our home throughout. The team were incredibly professional, clear communicators and had a real passion for delivering what we were looking for. We weren't the most knowledgeable with building works and the Beswick team were great at guiding us through different decisions and always explaining in ways we understood. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants building work done and we already plan to invite them back for a different project in the future."

"We cannot praise Beswicks highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future. We had an internal renovation involving most of the ground floor, including kitchen and the team accommodated us being onsite throughout. Great communication and clarity on what to expect each day and the tidiest building company I've ever used! A skilled and knowledgable team, any problems were overcome efficiently and even design changes and 'client whims' were accepted with a smile."
