"This company took advantage of me when I asked to move their team arrival hour (from 9am to 10am) in order for THEM to park on the street and not get fined for contravention. I wanted to help them and I got charged more money under the excuse of changing arrival hour. I had paid the deposit so I had no choice. Really dislike people who do such things."
Trader reply: "Dear Richard, Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. You have called us the day before the move requesting to change the start time from 9am to 10am due to parking restrictions. We weren't able to come at 10am but we managed to reschedule it to 11am.We had to rearrange our schedule for the day in order to complete your move and we did that successfully with no damages or any other issues. I would like to point out that changing the original start time (9am) did not help us at all and if you received a ticket that would have been your responsibility ( as explained over the phone and in our T&Cs ) Because of this change of time and us trying to help you now you have left us a negative review on multiple platforms. We have provided you with a very competitive quote of £180.00 and the extra amount was £30.00. We were very disappointed to see this review. Wishing you all the best. Best Rates Removal Team"
