Sherilyn - Image 1 "We hired Bedford Building Services after a friend recommended David to us. We are moving the location of the kitchen in our bungalow and adding in an additional toilet so needed to add in drainage at the front of the house to allow for that. David is an expert builder and has worked a lot with historical properties, so he not only the skills but the knowledge to guide us through this renovation project. He’s very punctual, very helpful and communicative and always goes out of his way to help us understand his process every step of the way. We still have more to complete and will be using him throughout the rest of the renovation project as our builder"

"David was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on site for initial meeting when he said he would. Clear communication thereafter and always available to discuss no matter what time of day. Completed work on time to a high quality fixing a problem (leaking basement) that had existed for many years with many other builders trying and failing. Clean, tidy and courteous throughout. Have already lined David up for our next project."

Martin - Image 1 "The work carried out at our property involved a kitchen extension, fitting a new kitchen and a partial garage conversion as well as decorating our hall, stairs and landing. All of this was beyond excellent. We were delighted with David's craftsmanship, his communication and attention to detail which not only transformed our lives but also made the whole experience less stressful. David is also very good at cleaning up after himself in all areas at the end of each working day (sometimes additionally cleaning up during the day too) - I don't think our floors have ever been mopped so often. David's commitment to excellence is evident in every detail of his work. If you are looking for peace of mind when choosing a builder we are sure that you won't find anyone better than Bedford Building Services."

"David was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly and professional, answered all of our questions, responded to emails very quickly, and got the work done in 2 days flat (we expected it to take a week!). We are incredibly happy with the results and would definitely use David and his team again."
