"When our hot water stopped working, we were recommended Bear Plumbing and we’re so glad we were. Rob arrived right on time and took the time to thoroughly inspect our water tank. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained that a full replacement was needed. A week later, Rob returned to complete the job. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain each step of the process clearly. His work was professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. He even walked us through how the system works and what we’ll need to do for future maintenance. We couldn’t be more grateful, Rob’s work is top-notch. Thank you again!"
