"This was a large job (or series of jobs) that consisted of a new kitchen sink and taps and a new kitchen waste-water disposal system, plumbing in a dishwasher, a new boiler and in the bathroom, a new toilet and new wash-basin. Liam is a first class Plumber and he creates practical solutions to unexpected problems. He was twice badly let down by suppliers which upset his schedule but his resilience in dealing with such matters was quite remarkable. Liam is not cheap but the quality of his work is very high indeed and I prefer to pay for that rather than having to deal with problems later on down the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam and Bear Plumbing, Heating and Technical to anyone searching for a great tradesman."
