"I have used Bear Plumbing, Heating and Technical three times before and will continue to do so for my plumbing needs. The office always responds really quickly to my emails and arranges a visit from a plumber very quickly. This is the second time Garey has been out to visit for different things. This time there was a leak from an UFH manifold. Garey was brilliant. He's a lovely guy, quick with the job and kindly explained things to me. He was polite and established a good rapport. Garey had the parts he needed, fixed the problem and then stayed to make sure the boiler was maintaining pressure. He explained what I could expect afterwards as well, including things like what would happen to the appearance of the ceiling where it had leaked. He was really thoughtful, neat and tidy in the area he worked. I couldn’t even persuade him to have a coffee, tea or cold drink. Great, efficient plumber."

"Liam and his team are brilliant to work with. They did two large jobs at our house recently, one installing a new boiler and the other fixing our under floor heating. For both Liam was a wealth of knowledge, quick to give us a reasonable quote and get the work booked in. For both installs he was super punctual, very good at explaining what he was doing and why. I highly recommend him for anything you need doing."
