"From the initial contact by phone with Michelle in the office, through to meeting the engineer Liam, I felt comfortable with the firm and that I could trust them. I found them approachable, friendly but very professional. I was given sensible advice without pressure. They were punctual and efficient. "I can’t fault Liam or the Bear team. Customer service is 2nd to none and they are so reassuring. Staying until the jobs properly finished and never cutting corners. They arrived when expected, communicate clearly, and the pricing is fair and transparent. EVerything is explained upfront so there are no surprises. After moving house, I knew I'd be on a journey getting everything sorted and up and running, especially with an older property. What’s really reassuring is that I feel like they're on that journey with me! Never fazed by the unknown challenges that come up, they're honest about what needs doing now versus what can wait. Taking time to explain why work is needed and what's been done, they give clear justification for any spend, and talk through alternatives and ways I can save money. The level of advice & aftercare is superb. Liam and the team are great — always professional, reliable & easy to have around. I trust them completely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."
