"We have used Bear Plumbing for both our underfloor heating repairs and most recently a new boiler installation. On all occasion they have been very thorough, professional and helpful. Liam, Rob and the whole team including Michelle who manages the offices and extremely helping and will go the extra mile to get the job done really well. With both our boiler inspection and installation Rob was also really diligent and took a lot of time to explain what needed to be done. We would say that projects are not necessarily the cheapest but quite frankly, you get what you pay for. Having spent thousands over the years for a monthly service contract with the UK’s most recognised British gas supplier and having nothing but fleeting visits and dire communication, using Bear Plumbing is still way, way cheaper. We have no hesitation in recommending their services."
