"Our work required expertise and superior knowledge of how the water meters work within a domestic house. We were told by our water board we had a leak that Liam found wasn’t true and saved us a lot of money by knowing exactly what had gone wrong. Liam is now our man to call and cannot thank him enough for his help."

"Having used Bear Plumbing, Heating, & Technical previously for a leak in our water tank and to fix our boiler, there was no doubt they would be our first choice to call when we accidentally dropped something heavy onto the bathroom basin and cracked a big hole in it. Liam came to quote asap, and we took the opportunity to ask him to quote for replacing our toilet at the same time. Liam clearly explained everything that needed to be done and how long it would take, quoted us a very reasonable price for the work, and ordered any extra parts needed. When it came to getting the work done, Liam was punctual and friendly, completed the job in good time, and cleaned up all the waste, leaving us with a brand-new toilet and basin. The whole process was stress-free from start to finish - from our first contact with Michelle at the office, who is friendly and very helpful, to the work itself, which was brilliant. All in all, a fantastic service. Would 100% recommend Bearphat!"

Michael - Image 1 "I have been using Bear Plumbing, Heating and Technical for over three years, and the service has been consistently excellent. They carry out the annual servicing of my NIBE air source heat pump in line with the manufacturer’s specifications each year. More recently, we had a new kitchen fitted, and Liam was the first person I contacted. He provided a clear plan and schedule for both first- and second-fix works, all organised efficiently by Michelle in the office. Liam completed the installation of the sink, Quooker tap, and waste pipework to an exceptionally high standard. The pipework under the sink is incredibly neat and well thought out—truly a reflection of his pride and attention to detail. Overall, Bear Plumbing, Heating and Technical provide excellent value for money. They are always punctual, highly professional, and clearly take pride in their work. I would highly recommend."
