"The team were great from the start. Completely reliable, professional, and honest about the work needed. Took the time to explain everything in detail to me and answer any follow up questions before leaving. They fixed my bathroom and my boiler (one year old from a botched installation from a different company) and even reduced the invoice when they fixed the issue with my bath earlier than they initially expected.
