BDC Construction is a well established, trustworthy, reliable and professional company based in Maidstone, Kent covering all of Kent and its surrounding areas.
We have found over the last few years that people are deciding to extend rather than move. However, many people believe this could be a disruptive and inconvenient process. It does not have to be this way. BDC Construction will look to take away all of the worries and pre-conceptions of extending your home. We can take the house extension all the way from the ground to the roof, with little stress to you, whilst retaining efficiency and professionalism
Our company has 30 years experience in the building industry. We are willing to take on extensions, loft conversions or larger complete new builds. The company covers all aspects of a build, from the groundwork, brickwork, plumbing, electrics, plastering down to the final finishing touches. All plumbing and electrics are covered with the correct certificates.
We take control of the job from start to finish removing as much of the pressure and stress from the customer as possible. BDC Construction works hand in hand with reliable architects and structural engineers so the customer can be involved in every aspect of the design of their house.

Anj - Image 1 "Used Ben and his team at BDC construction to undertake a complex 3 story extension involving numerous structural alterations - removal of half the gable end and rear wall. The length of the project, approximately 17 months, was on time and budget. Ben’s attention to detail, communication and honesty is one of his strengths, his team of tradesman all highly skilled and personable. The whole build was as stress free as one could hope for. If looking to undertake an extension, I would definitely recommend Ben and his team."

"Ben was recommended to me. He Re-planned and altered our kitchen and dining room to open it all up. There was a lot of work involved including taking walls down and putting in large glass doors. We are over the moon and would highly recommend him."
