"Mr Banga was very excellent, he’s communication was very polite and easy to understand. He completed the work just like how I asked for. My new living room wallpaper was installed perfectly and the kitchen tiles were removed and installed just like how I asked for , my kitchen looks stunning and guests that come over have complimented his work. "We hired this company to renovate our newly bought 3-bedroom house. His craftsmanship, integrity and project management were very poor. The renovation was supposed to be completed in 10 weeks, and involved installing wet system underfloor heating, plastering, painting, building cloakroom toilet, bathroom refurbishment, etc. 10 weeks passed but little was done. We asked trader when he would complete, he said he needed 15 more days to complete most of the work but refused to elaborate what he meant by most of the work. When we pressed for more details, he disagreed, saying we gave him too much pressure. Whenever we raised concerns on the poor quality and craftsmanship, he would dismiss us by saying it’s not finished. The project value is ~£65,000 and we already paid £57,000+ but the house is still a complete mess now after 12 weeks."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback, customer service is very important to us. The work started on the 5th of September which was the agreed date. In the first 10 weeks we did a huge amount of work, but unfortunately we were delayed by other trades working on the house and the customer wanted more work doing. There is only the snagging left to do, but the customer will not allow us to return to complete this. Regards, Banga Decoration."
