I've been Gas Safe registered for the past 11 years, and started the business in 2016 whilst based in Wales, building a strong customer base through plumbing and heating jobs.
Having moved to London, I’m now focused on growing the business further and building a strong local reputation and direct customer base.

"Part of job was to connect digi stat To new boiler Have since found out that if front case of a boiler is removed a combustion analyser test needs to be done Engineer left boiler in potentially dangerous condition"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback. I was instructed to replace an external room thermostat only The agreed price was £120. The boiler had been installed previously by another engineer, I was not contracted to commission, service or carry out a gas safety inspection of the appliance. The work carried out involved replacing the external thermostat and did not require any adjustment to the gas valve, combustion settings or commissioning of the boiler. At no point was I aware of any unsafe condition, and the boiler was left operating correctly following the thermostat replacement. The combustion seal of the boiler was not disturbed during the thermostat replacement, therefore no combustion performance test was required as part of the work undertaken. If you have any ongoing concerns regarding the original boiler installation or commissioning, I would recommend contacting the original installer or seeking independent advice from the Gas Safe Register. I always carry out work in accordance with current Gas Safe regulations and industry standards. I take safety extremely seriously."

Rhodri - Image 1 "I rang Ben on Sunday and he answered the call straight away. And it was the weekend so he won the job rite there. He came first thing Monday morning and got straight to work. I don’t know Ben personally but he was a lovely guy and great value for money. I would use Ben again for future work. 5 star"
