    "I phoned Andy in the morning to say I couldn't lock my back door, he went out of his way to ensure he got over as quickly as he could. He told me how much it would cost, which was a good price. He was friendly when he arrived and listened carefully to what had happened. He was professional and completed the work upto a very good standard."

    "I needed a lock changed on Thursday 18 August at 10.30am. I spoke to Andy a few weeks before and we agreed a price. He called and messaged me to confirm the job the day before. He arrived early, he was friendly, polite and changed the lock quick and easily. Thanks Andy!"
