Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

AW Windows Ltd, led by Andy (often with John, Ben and other team members), comes highly recommended for replacement windows and doors with a refreshingly straightforward service—many customers mention getting a quote quickly, with “no sales rep, no middle man” and “one price.” Reviewers describe hardworking, polite fitters who protect homes like Edwardian terraces, with excellent communication from the first phone call through to fitting and commissioning of everything from bi-fold and French patio doors to bay, bow and sash-style windows.

What Customers Say

  • Reliable, punctual fitting: Customers repeatedly highlight “always on time” visits and jobs completed to schedule, including fitting nine uPVC windows and replacing multiple patio doors with minimal disruption.
  • Tidy workmanship and respect for homes: Reviews mention the team were “very tidy” and left rooms and areas “spotless” or “clean and tidy,” even covering flooring and tidying daily.
  • Strong communication and customer care: From landlords to homeowners, Andy is praised for keeping customers informed—one reviewer notes quotes came “the quote that evening” and options were explained clearly—while the team demonstrated security details and completed commissioning confidently.

"Great comms from the initial phone call and quote up to the end when Andy and his mate finished fitting seven windows to our Edwardian terrace and explained the security details etc to us, they were very hard working and the cleaning up after themselves was also top notch. Very pleased with AW Windows and would heartily recommend them to anyone thinking of having their windows replaced."

"Andy and his mate worked very hard, were very friendly and helpful. We are so pleased that we decided to opt for a bow window on our lounge as this has made a tremendous improvement and we are also extremely happy with all the windows that were changed. A fantastic job . We would have no hesitation in recommending."

Patrick - Image 1 "The whole experience with Andy and his team was excellent from the start at the initial inspection to price the replacement of our 2 patio doors with Bi-Fold Doors and 1 window to the actual fitting and commissioning. The recommendations were excellent, the pricing and support were of the highest degree, fitting was stress free and completed in an extremely professional and friendly way. Highly recommended."
