Craig - Image 1 "They created a new bedroom for my house by splitting one large bedroom into two, doing so by creating a second window in the wall and adding an extra radiator and electrical light and socket fixtures in the new room also plastered and hung new doors."

"We honestly cannot recommend AV1 Building Ltd highly enough. From the first meeting to completion, the whole experience was outstanding. Taking on an extension can be stressful, but they made the process smooth, organised and genuinely enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout, we were always kept informed and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of workmanship is second to none, with every detail finished to a very high standard. Our extension has completely transformed our home and exceeded our expectations. They were reliable, professional and respectful at all times, keeping the site tidy and working to agreed timescales, which was especially important for us as a family. It’s rare to find such high-quality work combined with great customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use AV1 Building Ltd again and will happily recommend them to others.
