"Alfred came to quote a new boiler for me, together with a few minor faults. He offered to fit my new washing machine for me, which I'm sure he wished he hadn't as it didn't fit into either space in my kitchen!! The problem was overcome and after a lot of moving a very heavy item, my machine was connected, and Alfred was still smiling!! He removed his shoes before going upstairs, which was commendable considering the state of my carpet. I am hoping the quote I receive is of a price which I can accept. An excellent first impression.
