We also have a our own design planning team and structural engineer.

DARRELL DESOUZA - Image 1 "An old garage converted to utility room/garden room with ensuite facilities, requiring a new pitched roof and surrounding patio and crazy paving. Plumbing, electrics , including underfloor heating. A very professional and communicative team of specialists, completed the work to a very high standard. They were able to problem solve some architectural design challenges and come up with practical and effective solutions. Also, costs were shaved where possible with efficiencies."

"Terry, Shane and the team handled the extension process smoothly, despite existing structural issues and the quirks of an old house. Communication was good throughout, and the team were personable. The quality of the work was excellent, and they were flexible, taking adjustments to the original plan in their stride when the house threw up surprises. Highly recommended."

"I used these guys recently for a small kitchen project involving wall removal with RSJ installation . It was a very simple and smooth process from start to finish . They gave great advice and were happy to make changes along the way . All of the team that visited my home left it very clean inside and out , every time . At one point I commented they left it cleaner than when they started ! Really pleased with the work and would strongly recommend to anyone ."

"Asset lofts were great. This is the second time i've used them for work. We had John and Joe as a our primary builders and they were excellent. The whole team were friendly and professional throughout. They were patient with our "good ideas" and really supportive in bringing them to life. Communication was clear, particularly when our changes attracted any additional costs, and we felt fully involved in the project from design through to completion and were very happy with the finished work."
