About us:
ASAP Clearances is a family run, property clearances company which was first established in 2018 by husband-and-wife team, Harry and Andrea. Since then, ASAP Clearances has flourished into a nationwide company which is trusted and dependable. Whilst providing a total of 8 services, we are specialists in probate and hoarder clearances due to our respectful and caring approach, appreciated by many of our clients.

We care about our clients and the world we live in, so donate as many of our clearance items as possible so they can find new homes rather than ending up in landfill. We also donate all in-date tinned and dried food to a food bank or homeless shelter. This allows us to avoid landfill by as much as 94%, because of our ethical disposal together with our extensive recycling
programme.
We are a tailored and flexible business, our prices include; labour, loading, transport and disposal fees – all based on weight and volume of waste. A waste transfer note is provided upon completion of all jobs.

"ASAP clearances did a great job clearing out and cleaning up our client’s building which had been derelict and occupied by squatters for several years. Nothing was too much trouble and the team absolutely smashed this awful job with hard work and enthusiasm.
