"The inner pane of a conservatory roof window had shattered. But as the contractor who provided the conservatory roof had ceased trading, the guarantee was of no value as it excluded “glass broken for any reason”. Two other local conservatory companies, approved by the roof manufacturer, refused to take on repair work to conservatories they had not supplied. Arena's quote was assessed as “fair and reasonable” by our property insurers. The two Arena staff who came completed the work in a calm and professional manner, covering the floor with a large cloth to collect any debris, particularly remaining glass fragments adhering to the seals around the missing pane. They cleared up afterwards both inside and out. I was informed that they had found a potential reason why the pane had shattered, and taken action to mitigated it. The original roof tiles were replaced, secured, and sealed where necessary. The overall effect was a repair that looked like a repair had not been done."

Philip - Image 1 "We had a recently had new Gaudian warm roof installed by Arena to replace an old polycarbonate roof. Its made such a difference in keeping the room cool from the summer heat. The project was managed professionally from start to finish. The installation team worked diligently throughout the hot weather to a high standard. Leaving the area clean and tidy every evening I have no reservation on recommending Adrian and Tracey from Arena"

"Very exceptional service from quoting to delivering from Adrian and Tracey. The 2 workmen who fitted the job were very polite and worked hard and cleaned up every evening. I have already recommend this firm to 2 sets of friends. 100% we use them again."

"Great company very professional the fitters Alex and Mark are hardworking and friendly they left the place clean and tidy quality of the work is excellent. The boss Adrian is professional and listens to what the customer wants, would recommend Arena Conservatorys and windows/doors"
