It was clear straight away that they were reliable and people we could trust to get the job done properly. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. We asked plenty of questions along the way, and Conrad was always patient, helpful, and happy to explain everything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He also gave us some valuable advice which we genuinely appreciated. It showed he cared about doing the best job for us rather than just rushing through it. We’re really delighted with our new bathroom. Conrad worked tirelessly to get everything finished to a high standard and was a top bloke all round. Exactly the kind of person you want working in your home. We’ve already recommended them to several friends who are planning to get quotes, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else."

    "Tony did a great job with our bathroom renovation. Highly recommend. He is very friendly and polite. He stripped our old bathroom and did all the new tiling, plastering, flooring, plumbing, electrics, fitting the new bathroom. He was very reasonable with our extra requests like built-in cupboards and gave good ideas."

    Helen - Image 1 "Our bathroom needed a major refurbishment. Initially Tony came round and advised us of our options. We wanted to remove the bath and have a large walk in shower. Tony was great, helping us choose quality products that suited our budget. Conrad carried out the work. He was amazing, removing the old bathroom, installing new plumbing for the new layout, lowering the ceiling, installing spot lights and fully fitting our new bathroom suite. The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently, with minimal disruption, all within 2 weeks. We are so happy with the transformation and would definitely recommend AR building."
