About us

Here at Aqua Sensation we are a family run, local, independent supplier and installer of Water Softeners and salt. We are proud to offer an unrivalled sales and after care service to all of our customers. We are EcoWater and Harvey water softener dealers. We also supply and deliver water softener salt.

I am a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating engineer with over 30 years’ experience. After experiencing the damage of hard water and seeing the benefits of soft water, I started to install Water Softeners 15 years ago. I now feel it's time to specialise in Water Softeners and filtered water. I pride myself on providing a professional and friendly service to all of my customers; you will hear the same voice on the phone and the same face at the door. I will happily visit your home and discuss your water softening and filter needs.

After your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation of your purchase by email. Deliveries are normally between the hours of 7am to 7pm and normally be within 12 days of placing an order. Our delivery area is an approximate 20 mile radius of Stotfold, Hitchin, Herts.
