    "Sham was my top choice from a few contractors who came to give a quote for work needed to repair a leak from a flat upstairs. He was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and answered my many questions. He did a great job, both with what was contracted and some extras that I really appreciated (eg painting the whole bathroom when he could have just done the damaged patches). Sham was considerate and left the place clean after every day of work. I already have recommended him to a friend and would definitely work with him again in the future. So many thanks!"
