"James from approved roofing came to my house in Dudley on Wednesday as he said that he would They were punctual, polite,professional and the price was very reasonable. The work carried out was renewing lead flashing around the chimney and it was to a high standard like always, they done a complete roofing job plus other work for me in the past and I have been very impressed with the work carried out and I will certainly be using them again in the future and of course I will be recommending them in the future. "James gave us good advice regarding an issue with some old ridge tiles. He was the only contractor to actually go up on the roof to carry out a full inspection ! The old tiles were replaced ( in the nick of time) with a new dry fix system and we also had some dry fix verge tiles fitted to three dormers on a loft conversion. Everything was done very efficiently, communication was excellent and we are very happy."

"So I have intentionally left this review 3 months so I can give an accurate, longer term evaluation rather than an initial knee jerk review. James has been brilliant. He was completely honest with us about the scale of work needed. The first job he did for us was the velux window on the top floor which he installed a lot quicker than we expected. To date- there has been no problems. Now it gets complex - Storm Babet highlighted another problem that we did not know we had. A leak in our dining room and one running from top floor into the walls and into one of our hallways. James investigated and found the toot of the problem. He explained in layman's terms the problem and sorted it. A couple of days later another issue cropped up in our dining room. Again James looked at the issue and fixed it. So 3 months later we can honestly say the quality of the work seems to be outstanding. Thank you James for sorting it all."
