About Appliance Services, Gillingham

Appliance Services was established as a family-owned business in 1992, but our experience dates back to 1980 which is when we first started working in domestic appliance repairs. Our purpose in setting up the business was to give our clients an opportunity to save time and money and to offer a more ethical and environmentally-friendly alternative to replacing an appliance whenever something went wrong. We wanted to give customers a better-value service and give them the choice of repairing an appliance rather than automatically discarding and replacing it.

The early days we set up Appliance Services, focusing on domestic electrical appliances and giving our customers a good alternative to ‘discard and replace’. Word of mouth spread the news about us quite quickly and we began to build up a reputation for honesty, integrity, and getting things fixed! Our philosophy of working is to be honest with our clients and where we feel that an appliance cannot be fixed, we will let them know.

Our coverage across Medway, Maidstone and Swale is extensive so we are sure we have a team close to you.
