"At our first meeting the company representative was clear and precise about the product the company was offering. Once he had explained the process of replacing the conservatory roof, I was shown a sample of how the roof was made up and the insulation used, and also a 'tile' sample and the choice of 'tile' colours. At the enquiry stage I was given a date that the work could commence and advised that there was no queue jumping and if, after consideration, I chose Apple & Oak that date was fixed for us. We asked for a quotation, and were impressed with the presentation and price which was more than acceptable. The date we were given at our first meeting was kept, and clean, polite workers turned up on time every morning. They worked non stop - save a short mid morning and lunch break. We can't praise them enough - we now have a useable conseratory!"

"Apple & Oak from the initial phone call to completion were professional, polite, prompt, on time and budget. We were provided with a schedule of works who was coming each day and what they would be doing, this was all adhered to. To add to all the above we have a beautifully refurbished conservatory. We could not fault the product, the company or the finished result."
