    "I made one call, Matt turned up the very next day, on time and was great! He dealt with a Hornets nest we had which was in amongst our thatch roof! Excellent service! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with Wasp/Hornets nests orany other pests. Thank you."

    "Great service from Matt. Arrived as planned, completed the job efficiently and for a reasonable price."

    Trader reply: "Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We attended to carry out a pigeon survey, travelling 45 minutes to your property. On arrival, we found several pigeons nesting in a heavily contaminated loft with significant guano present. Given the situation, we went beyond a standard survey. We safely evicted the pigeons, located and meshed the entry point to prevent re-entry, and worked in a hazardous environment using full PPE, including a Tyvek suit and respirator due to the health risks. We also cleaned the area around the loft hatch before leaving. Total time on the job, including travel, was around 2.5 hours. The £200 + VAT charge covered the call-out, survey, and all additional work carried out, including bird proofing and cleaning at no extra cost. Considering the extent of work and the property being a five-storey home in central Bath, we believe this was a fair and reasonable price. Matt & the BEEKIND Team 🐝"

    "Convinced that we have a bees nest in our wall, I contacted Matt of Bee Kind by phone. He offered an immediate fixed price inspection but asked for a video beforehand to check that the insects are bees. I sent video to Matt’s WhatsApp and he immediately confirmed that they are wasps! Not the problem that bees present and so I decided to leave them (Matt advised that they will inhabit the nest until the autumn and then, when activity has ceased, I can fill the hole). What a service! Sometimes the best advice you can get is to do nothing, but it needs to come from an expert. I have to show five stars against “work done” to complete this review - despite no work being done, other than passing on professional knowledge. I thoroughly recommend contacting Bee Kind."
