    "We contacted BeeKind Pest Control when we discovered a family of squirrels had taken up residence in the roof space of our loft conversion. I contacted BeeKind over a Bank Holiday weekend and Matt messaged us back that same afternoon and arranged to visit on the Tuesday. Before his visit we received an invoice for 'squirrel+proofing+control if needed' so that we knew exactly what the cost would be. Matt located the entry point using a drone and accessed the drey through the plasterboard. He advised he could trap and euthanise the squirrels or we could wait for them to leave. Once they had left he came back promptly and sealed all entry and potential entry points. Matt was so professional and did an amazing job, including cleaning up and leaving the room spotless. We were so impressed with BeeKind (value for money, professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness) we feel confident in recommending them."

    Richard - Image 1 3 images Richard - Image 2 Richard - Image 3 "We had an infestation of rabbits who lived under our sheds and were digging up the lawn and flower beds.Matt came up with the solution of despatching them and putting steel mesh and concrete under the sheds to prevent them from returning.Matt's email communication was efficient and reliable prior to the treatment and sent pictures of his work afterwards.Very pleased with the work on the day and he even showed me holes where mice were getting into my lofts,without charge,so that I caould seal them up."

    "Matt, really knows his stuff. He is personable and thorough. Not cheap but good"

    Trader reply: "“Not cheap but good” This is what future customers will see and worry. What they dont see is the details behind what l did and the cost. So l will put them below for all to see. Judge me or judge a retired boomer who probably thinks you can get on a bus for 20p. Customer enquiry: Noises heard in loft can you come out. Me: Im over 1 hour away from your location. Can you not find a closer pest controller who would be cheaper? We would charge for 2hrs of commute and 1 hour on site plus carry out a survey of your loft and house. Its going to cost £185+vat for 3hrs Customer: No problem how soon can you come out. Me:Tomorrow morning how does that sound. Customer: Great. Ive had a go myself at trying to poison it and find droppings but cant find any. The loft is fully boarded and full of junk so hard to access and move about. Me: I will do my best. Ok l found mice droppings and nest and entry points x 6 outside. Customer: Brilliant, im very impressed. Thank you. 4 stars for value 🥴"
