Andrew James Property Development Ltd provides carpentry and joinery services to customers in Swadlincote and have over 13 years’ experience in the industry. As a craftsman with in-depth knowledge of my trade, I use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.

I am a multi tradesman, specialising in domestic and commercial properties, maintenance and remedial works.

I am very proud to have worked in the most prestigious parts of the country over the years, where my work is displayed in homes and businesses for very satisfied clients.

I believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, I conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that I can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows me to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their needs and helps me to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for my bespoke carpentry.
