C Anderson & Sons LLP is a long established family business with more than 40 years in the plumbing and heating trade. Mr Anderson snr. has been an associated member of the Institute of Plumbing since 1982. The company is also Corgi registered (Corgi number 31077) and a member of the associate of the Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC).
Three other members of the family work full time at the company, Crawford Anderson Jr joined the company in 1999 and now takes an active role in the day and day running of the company along side senior manager and partner Martin Lynch.
Customer service is always our first consideration, and we only undertake work we can manage with total confidence. All Engineers are employed by C Anderson & Sons LLP and not subcontracted out. We also operate a very intensive apprentice programme for young people local in the area, and have our own in-house qualified operatives.

"A very expensive mistake. It took two months and nearly £3000 to replace a shower and retile the small area around it. This included waiting for a replacement chrome control that was damaged on installation and replaced. They tried to insist that you could hardly see the marks so it could be left insitu! There were multiple mistakes and corrections, and I am still not convinced about the quality of some of the work including the fact that the shower hose does not thread all the way to the top of the holder leaving ugly plumbing visible. It has taken four plumbers, a tiler and a site manger visiting over months to even get a working shower. they also had to come back and sort out the temperature valve as it only went from warm to very hot without a cold water option."

We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with aspects of the service provided and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.We acknowledge the project took longer than anticipated. However, this was due to additional investigations, remedial building work, follow-up visits to ensure the installation was completed correctly and safely, delays in receiving the replacement part, and a period when we were unable to access the property while you were away on holiday. As a gesture of goodwill, we also completed additional work outside the original quotation at no extra cost, including repairing and repainting the bathroom ceiling. The shower remained fully operational throughout, with the remaining issue being cosmetic. If you have any questions or require any after-sales support, please do not hesitate to contact us."
