"The engineer scammed old couple out of cash, company unwilling to compensate homeowners: We arranged an emergency callout for an old couple that we assist. The engineer who arrived convinced the homeowners that if the neccesary work was to be carried out via the company, that it would take many days to fix. He said that if they went and took £1,300 from their savings in cash, he would buy the materials and return next day to do the repair. They handed over their cash and he never returned. Reported to the company when it became obvious that he had no intention of doing the work or returning the cash. Company updated us that the individual had already been sacked earlier that week due to absence. Furthermore, we were still charged and our card debited by the company for the callout fee for the visit! And then we were charged for a follow up callout fee when another engineer had to visit to re look over the work."

If it is confirmed that theft or misconduct has occurred, please be assured that we will report the matter to the police and cooperate fully with any investigation. Our records show that the required work has since been completed, but we want to ensure all concerns are properly addressed.
