We repair all electrical domestic appliances, which includes washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, cookers, fridge freezers, tumble dryers, washer dryers, and more!
As a family-run business high quality of work and customer service is paramount to us. That’s why after working in the industry for a long time, for other big companies, we decided to offer our own service due to a lack of quality repairers out there.
People often throw away and replace their domestic appliances because fixing them does not make economic sense. Replacing the broken item seems to be quicker, cheaper and easier than getting it fixed. Our domestic appliance repair specialists have the skills and tools to fix a full range of domestic appliances.
We understand that people rely heavily on their domestic appliances; a broken washing machine, freezer or fridge can cause huge inconvenience. We do our best to get to our clients as quickly as possible and wherever possible our technicians will repair your appliance there and then. "I was recommended this company by a friend after multiple failed experiences with other companies to my premium branded appliances (Miele, Fisher & Paykel and Mercury). I am so glad I found these guys. They’re so professional and know exactly what they’re doing. In the case of my Miele they plugged in their computer to the appliance and it told them exactly what was wrong with it! Each time I’ve used them I booked online and their website is really easy to use. They turn up during the date/time that I pick and call when they’re on route. You would think they were a big company instead of a local firm. In fact I would go as far as to say they’re more professional and better run than most big companies I’ve used. Those companies could learn a thing or two from Anderson James. Highly recommend without any reservations!"
