    "Initial contact was good with the trader. Weather delayed the start of work which I understood, but communication became very poor. I am very happy with the work that was carried out - workmanship was first class and it all looks great. However post job clean up has never happened and the trader has not replied to my messages. I have had wires dangling down from my roof and rubble in gutters."
