With our many years’ experience, we know which products and techniques will provide the best finish that will last. Damien - Image 1 "I engaged AYPNL to construct oak-veneered MDF pipe boxing and a boiler cupboard based on the quote provided. Unfortunately, the workmanship was unsatisfactory and I rejected the work. Panels were fixed with visible screws through the veneer, cut edges were left unfinished, sockets were obstructed and left unusable, and panels were misaligned. I supplied the oak-veneered MDF as agreed, and the way it was used has rendered these materials unusable. The work area was also left untidy, with dust and clippings swept into the corner and left. The original quote did not cover all the work I had requested. I cannot recommend this trader."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We didn’t manage to complete the task on the first day, and we had intended to return to finish it. When the customer raised the issue with the socket, I responded that we would correct it, and I had arranged for another person to attend and complete the work. However, the customer informed us that he preferred we not return. I respect his decision. That said, I’d like to clarify a few points for the sake of accuracy: During the visit, the customer requested an additional task, which we completed. He confirmed via email that this was done. The parts we used are not wasted. They simply need some trimming. In fact, some finishing details weren’t included in the original request, but we took the initiative to measure and cut carefully to conserve materials. He provided four sheets, and we only used approximately 1.3 sheets for the work. Again, I understand his position and respect his choice not to proceed further with us.
