    "Fantastic experience with Alex, came around the day I called. Brilliant comms and was very honest in his approach. Unfortunately my fridge was too old and knackered to repair but Alex didn’t lead me down a garden path, gave me really great advice on my next purchase. Absolutely recommend!"

    "Alex came, saw and conquered. He repaired my washing machine in no-time and also fixed something small in my over. He was polite and professional throughout and knew exactly what to do. I would definitely call on him again and would happily recommend him to friends and family."

    Trader reply: "Thank you for your amazing feedback. But why did you give 4 starts for punctuality? I said I will be there between 12 and 17 , and I arrived 16:45! I apologized, although I was not technically late, and did the work as fast as I could."
