"Tenant's feedback: He did a good job. Arranged for the parts that needed to be changed quickly. Flush is fixed. My feedback (landlady who arranged booking): Very easy process of managing bookings online. Albo answered my call even after regular working hours which avoided delays in booking. Plumber sent timely reminders and updates for arrival at flat. During the task, he sent short videos on WhatsApp to keep me updated on the repair-related issues. Generally very happy and would go back to them to book future repairs."

"I found Albo Plumbing on Instagram after searching for a new boiler. From the beginning, Joseph and his wife, it's a family run business, have been great communicators. Joseph came to my home to see the old boiler and he made suggestions and sent me lots of options on boilers. I chose the boiler, made the date for fitting, and Joseph and his partner came in the morning and finished the job early afternoon. they cleaned up after themselves, was very quick, quiet, explained how to use the boiler, registered it and sent all paper work needed. We are so very happy with his service and professionalism. But the cherry on top was the price! Boilers are super expensive, and we had many quotes and Joseph came out the cheapest. Will be having yearly checks for gas safety certificates with him in the future."

"Joseph was easy to contact and arrived when he said he would. He was able to talk me through the issues clearly and updated me as he was working. He was tidy, polite and professional. Would use again without hesitation."

Alejandro - Image 1 "Fantastic work replacing our radiator. The job was clean and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, took care to minimize damage to the wall, and walked us through the whole process. They answered all our questions and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. 10/10 would hire again for any plumbing work."
