"I contacted Arber in an emergency as all electrics failed in the evening, lights, freezer etc He said he would be there in 20mins & he was. Excellent ! Arber worked diligently until 9pm & fixed the circuit board problem temporarily so that food etc was saved & returned as promised the next day to finally correct the problem & repair faulty light fittings. I’m extremely grateful for his help reliability & courtesy ."

"Aber called to ask if it was ok for him to be late because he was held up by his current (!) job. I told him not to worry, he arrived at 6.30 pm, full of apologies, I told him not to worry I was happy to see him. The job was small, we had agreed a price on the phone, but like all small jobs it required more attention than I had presumed. When Aber changed the dimmer unit only four of the six lights worked, he explained why there was a problem and went through all my options. I said that four lights were better than no lights, but he prepared me for the fact that the bulbs would fail at some point and that replacing them with LEDs would not solve the issue. So we agreed that when that happened and I was bathing in the dark, I call him and ask him to update the units with their new transformers. In my opinion a very pleasant honest workman."
