In an unstable market, house extensions are often the most viable option, allowing you to maximise the use of your existing space without incurring additional costs and stress associated with moving. Within most properties, there is untapped potential just waiting to be discovered. The right home extension specialists will help you to do just that.
AK Builders operates in and around London and the Home Counties, providing high-standard house and bungalow extensions to customers for over 38 years.
We know that every person has a different vision for their home, and sometimes they are not quite sure what they want. We will be happy to consult with you to gain a clear understanding of your needs and desired outcomes, as well as practical considerations such as space utilisation and budget, before providing you with a complimentary quote.
We have an Architect and structural engineer who will prepare all the drawings and apply for the planning applications, so you don't have to go through the hassle of doing it yourself.
