"Andy Shaw of AFS Drains was exceptional – he couldn't have been more helpful and his work went way beyond the call of duty. Andy will get to the bottom of your problem and fix it. He deals with any hitches patiently and thoughtfully. A great communicator too. Price very reasonable. We had a battle against Thames Water and Haringey Council over repeated flooding of a patio, and Andy provided vital evidence and helped us with strategy, as well as doing a great job clearing and testing drains and diagnosing challenging problems. No hesitation in recommending."

"Andy was excellent. He was punctual and explained what was required to fix our blocked drain, which he then duly did with high-pressure water. Excellent, polite and efficient service. And not unreasonable price-wise. The pressure generated from the back of his vehicle makes my Karcher pressure hose look like a toy. The drain hadn't been cleaned for at least 20 years - quite possibly a lot longer. In 20 minutes it was all done. 11 out of 10."
