"The trader from Affordable Electrics was impolite, and uncivil with no customer engagement manners whatsoever. This was experienced on the phone and in person. He was paid £126 for 15 minutes work and left me to put the grates back even though I told him about a recent heart op. I won’t be recommending Affordable to anyone."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. After two conversations we arranged a date and time very swiftly so that we can come out and repair his oven. We came out on the day at an agreed time, repaired his oven that has been broken for 8 weeks. We are quite surprised he never mentioned in his comments that his oven is now repaired and working. We wish the gentleman all the best but most of our clients show appreciation and gratitude when we repair something so fast because of our knowledge and experience and charge them the exact price that we charged this customer.
