Affordable Electrics and Repairs Ltd is a domestic appliance repair company based in Wimbledon with over 30 years’ experience in repairing and refurbishing domestic appliances.
Our electricians are experienced in fault finding, which means identifying faults in your domestic appliances, diagnosing and fixing them. In addition, we carry out Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR), Electric Oven and Cooker Repairs and Installations, Fuse Board upgrades, Power Sockets, Lighting and much more.
People often throw away and replace their domestic appliances because fixing them does not make economic sense. Replacing the broken item seems to be quicker, cheaper and easier than getting it fixed. Our domestic appliance repair specialists have the skills and tools to fix a full range of domestic appliances.
We understand that people rely heavily on their domestic appliances; a broken electric cooker, oven or an extractor hood can cause huge inconvenience. We do our best to get to our clients as quickly as possible and wherever possible our technicians will repair your appliance there and then. We have an understanding of all major brands and carry the basics needed for the most common oven, cooker and extractor hood repairs.

"The trader from Affordable Electrics was impolite, and uncivil with no customer engagement manners whatsoever. This was experienced on the phone and in person. He was paid £126 for 15 minutes work and left me to put the grates back even though I told him about a recent heart op. I won’t be recommending Affordable to anyone."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. After two conversations we arranged a date and time very swiftly so that we can come out and repair his oven. We came out on the day at an agreed time, repaired his oven that has been broken for 8 weeks. We are quite surprised he never mentioned in his comments that his oven is now repaired and working. We wish the gentleman all the best but most of our clients show appreciation and gratitude when we repair something so fast because of our knowledge and experience and charge them the exact price that we charged this customer.
