Affordable Electrics and Repairs Ltd is a domestic appliance repair company based in Wimbledon with over 30 years’ experience in repairing and refurbishing domestic appliances.
Our electricians are experienced in fault finding, which means identifying faults in your domestic appliances, diagnosing and fixing them. In addition, we carry out Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR), Electric Oven and Cooker Repairs and Installations, Fuse Board upgrades, Power Sockets, Lighting and much more.
People often throw away and replace their domestic appliances because fixing them does not make economic sense. Replacing the broken item seems to be quicker, cheaper and easier than getting it fixed. Our domestic appliance repair specialists have the skills and tools to fix a full range of domestic appliances.
We understand that people rely heavily on their domestic appliances; a broken cooker or oven can cause huge inconvenience. We do our best to get to our clients as quickly as possible and wherever possible our technicians will repair your appliance there and then. We have an understanding of all major brands and carry the basics needed for the most common oven, cooker and extractor hood repairs.

Giovanni - Image 1 "Shaun was extremely punctual, changed two dimmers and installed perfectly three very complicated designer lamps in my flat, leaving the house very clean despite having to drill holes in the ceiling. "We bought a new oven and needed it to be installed as the company said they couldn’t instal it for some reason or the other. We were sitting with a dilemma of what to do, because if they could not install it, for sure we would not be able to either as we are not electricians. My husband contacted Shaun as we know him and he is a electrician. He is very honest and professional and would tell us if he could do it or not. We arranged a convenient time for both parties and he fixed it in no time. I was very impressed by his professionalism, skill and thoroughness.
