"I am very impressed with Adrian and his team for the wonderful work they have done. The first job they did was to locate a culvert which is buried underground on my site. I was only communicating with him remotely. He eventually found the manhole and traced back to the site in order to excavate and find the culvert. Afterwards he sent pictures and drawings tracing the paths from the manhole to the site and 3 point location of the culvert path. He also exposed the culvert at the 3 points which made it easier for us to carry out a further site investigation. The next job was site leveling. Again I never visited to inspect but Adrian made sure he sent videos and pictures which are clear and detailed for me to see. I can tell he has the willingness to do the extra bit to make sure that I am satisfied. He was very punctual and the job was very neat. Adrian came across as a good spirited person throughout."

Ruban Selvanayagam - Image 1 "Adrian Brassington Drainage went around to the property and charged £210 for an inspection and CCTV report. He sent some very basic photos back alongside what he describes as a "report" (an email / WhatsApp message) and said that he wasn't available until October."
Trader reply: "Following telephone discussion, I reluctantly agreed to attend your rental property, which is outside my usual working area, to inspect a flooded basement and investigate the private drainage. Although my schedule was extremely busy, you appeared in urgent need of assistance, and therefore I agreed to attend. Your instructions were clear: to identify any drainage issues that may have contributed to the flooding, to report back with my findings, and, if possible, to attempt pumping out the basement. I duly attended the property at the agreed date and time. I inspected the private drains that I was legally able to access and identified two issues, which I reported back to you promptly by email, including supporting photographs. Unfortunately, I was not able to pump out the basement on this occasion. My work was carried out strictly in line with your instructions and at a very reasonable cost. While payment was initially received for less than the agreed amount, the balance was later settled following my request. For the avoidance of doubt, at no point did I offer or agree to undertake any repairs. My remit was solely to inspect, identify, and report drainage issues, together with recommendations, which I have fully provided. Sincerely, Adrian Brassington Drainage"

Joe - Image 1 "Very impressed with the workmanship, I needed a drain adding into my existing chamber. Adrian quoted a reasonable price and turned up on time with his teammate as promised. Both very pleasant and polite throughout. Will completed the work to a very high standard, working straight through without a break. The rubble was collected by Adrian and taken away. Very good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company."

"I had a small repair carried out relating to my driveway drainage channel. I wasn't sure they would be able to fix the problem without taking up some of the drive but they managed it and the job was done very neatly and quickly."
