"I called at about 11.30 pm last night and spoke to the company owner Keith as my alarm had started ringing and I could not stop it!!! Keith was so helpful he talked me through exactly what I needed to do over the phone to turn the system of and stop it ringing. He knew exactly what he was doing, very clear what I had to do as I have no idea about alarms and led me through if patiently step by step. As a result I was able to silence the alarm. Thank you Keith for doing it this way and not insisting on coming out to charge me a fortune for something he was able to help me with over the phone. As a result I have now booked his company to visit to quote on repairing or replacing the system. I am very grateful to you as are my neighbors 😀"

"We were due to go on holiday and our alarm was broken. Keith was able to fit us in before we went which was great for peace of mind. Due to the wireless technology, it was also much easier for us to set and disarm in the early ours when getting in the taxi! Would definitely recommend to others"
