Neil Smith - Image 1 "Kitchen Demolition and 5.5 x 4.5 metre Vaulted Ceiling Ground Floor Extension - Very transparent and clear quote which made it easy to swap items in and out before and during the build. This was by far the most detailed from all 5 quotes we received - Mark's communication was extremely clear pre and during build always giving us ample notice for any preparations required on our part and decisions that were needed during the build. He was also very knowledgeable and flexible to our bespoke requirements whilst also giving us some ideas to make the most of internal/external space - The works were started round the date we requested were completed during the agreed timeframes - The wider team were approachable and took pride in their work....though some questionable singing :) - We were very happy with the standard of the work completed"

"We cannot praise Ace Property Restoration Limited highly enough. The company completed substantial renovations to our chalet bungalow including a new kitchen/dining extension in 2024. Mark Paynter and his team were professional, polite and caring ensuring that we were able to function around them and remain living in the bungalow for the great majority of time that the building work was being carried out. Their standard of work was exemplary. They returned a month ago to carry out work to our front garden, building a new front wall, side path and carrying out remedial work to the driveway. It was good to see familiar faces back and, again, the work was of a very high standard. Their pricing is competitive and fair. We would definitely recommend Ace Property Restoration for your building work."

Chris - Image 1 "We recently had a dormer loft conversion completed, along with some downstairs alterations, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived every day, always on time, and worked incredibly hard throughout the project. My wife works from home, and ACE were always considerate of this. They made sure any disruption was kept to a minimum. Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail was everything we hoped. The finished result is to a very high standard. We would be happy to work with them on future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

"We were already impressed with Ace when they carried out an exceptionally large building project on a house locally, the workmanship was quite impressive So Since then, with recommendation we have used them for two smaller projects on our property. Same courteous approach, tidy, clean. The workmanship cannot be faulted. Safety and respect to our property was evident. At last a company to trust."
